Each portfolio company within the Luyanta structure operates as an independent legal entity. Portfolio companies:

  • Conduct day-to-day operations independently
  • Maintain full operational responsibility for their activities

Luyanta AG does not engage in daily operational management. Our role is strategic, not operational.
